Obama suggested it after John Howard (President of Australia) was talking all big about helping in Iraq. Right now Australia has 1000 troops (mostly non-combat troops) in Iraq. If the international community got involved this whole mess could be fixed, but no... every other nation has the right to be a bunch of panties.

Its nice to see that the "coalition of forces" is all the US, I can understand that some countries cant send many soldiers but come on. Wheres the help.

No. Why should they become any more involved than they are now. This is our problem, not theirs. We can be thankful that they have sent anyone at all, it shows a limited amount of friendship to this country. They do not believe in this war any more than most Americans. Why would they want to send their young service people to die in a lost cause?

It would be nice to have some help but if I were to look at it as if I were an Austrailian citizen I would say no......You probaly dont want all the crap that is givin to the united states now....if I were you I Would do what you are doing .....trust me , you are already in our debt
