first one shouted are you there.....second one shouted back idiot where are you...both of them are walking on the same bridge. both are not at all handicapped and there is plenty of sun and no traffic or pedestrians to block the view....then what is the reason? answer with in 24 hrs....? best answer will get a chance to chat one on one with ideas

i've got on no account walked on a railroad bridge and don't plan on it. i've got walked decrease than a pair of them with my trekking team. They have been bridges equipped via copper mining agencies to haul ore. Now that the mines have been close down for various years, We could no longer face as much as traveling the two shall we attain without entering into hardship. Oh confident, we did some trespassing. exciting day.

Select one of the answers as best answer which have been posted before me. My answer is it must be a bridge which has lanes one above another. One man is walking on the above lane and another man is walking on the below lane, then obviously they are invisible to each other.

One is dreaming of walking on the bridge while other is actually walking on the same bridge. Or both of them are dreaming of walking on the same bridge!

schizoid or 2 people on upper/lower lane bridge or walking away from each other from a central starting point. Possibly a "land bridge" with trees or obstacles betwen them.

Both are walking backwards from the opposite ends.
Initially i thought they must be blind but you said they are not handicapped so this is the possible thing i could thinkof.

its an arched bridge which means you cant see the end of the bridge if u are standing on the highest point
