For the last 2 days, only at night when I lay down, I get this tingling feeling in my body, its like electrical waves going through my body, I also have been getting dizzy for the lastg 2 days as well. I have no idea why I'm feeling this way, Also last night, i was trying to sleep and I was having shortness of breath, it was hard for me to breath normally, and right now I continue to have that tingling in my whole body, I have a doc appt today, anyone experience this before?

the dizzyness could be due to lack of oxygen, which may also cause the tingling. panic attacks can cause breathing changes heartrate changes, and tingling in hands. If your whole body is tingling it could mean that you are experiecing some type of seisure. it could be low blood sugar or many things.

i knew someone that this happend to, and they told her it was panic attacks.

You don’t have to get worried about it. It could be because there is not enough blood circulation due to perhaps disuse atrophy or perhaps due to the fact that part of your body was at rest for two or three hours.
