wat is a good way to lose weight ? i no exercising and eating healthyly but other than that

those are the only 2 options really. You could join a club like weight watchers which is a fun way to learn your eating habbits and to eat better without stressing about it. Im with weight watchers and iv lost a stone allready and I havent really done anything different, just ate healthier versions of things and the funny thing is, the food deosnt taste any different to the full fat, sugar etc stuff.

There is not other way girl. I tried pills, miracle diets, teas and nothing worked until I worked out and dropped 130 pounds.
Try to walk at least 20 min at day and it will help you and cut trash food. This could help and when you see results you will want to go further and do more.
