Despite all the world wanting to say it is Bush I'd have to disagree and my vote would go for Tony Blair.
He goes whatever way the popular folks blow.
When Clinton was in office he was pro-peace, pro-UN, etc etc.
Now that Bush is in office Blair has gone the other way, shunning the UN and sending UK troops on unsanctioned international escapades.
Which is it Mr. Blair? Peaceful resolution or our objectives by force?
