I was just wondering if I am able to lose 20lbs in 3 months, and the best way to go about it...

Well in a word, YES!

Here is the best way to go about doing it. Eat 5-6 meals a day which consist of around 400 calories. Meals like chicken and brown rice, ham sandwich (no mayo), fruit salad are perfect low calorie meals that will boost your metabolism and get it working harder throughout the day causing your body to work harder and therefore lose more weight.

Along with the diet try to run 20min a day on a treadmill or outdoors. If the pace gets easy step it up or turn it up on the treadmill. If you can hit some light weights make sure you do high repetitions. 3 sets of 15 would be perfect. If you can't do light weights then just try to get in 4 sets of 25 crunches and 20 pushups a day to give your muscles a little tone.

Thats the right way to lose weight. The other way is to just do atkins. Limit your diet to Meat and fat free pudding only. For a snack eat some bacon and for dinner eat a steak, chicken or hamburger patty with no sides or sauces. You will probably lose all 20lbs in one month. I had a friend go from 230 to 200 in one month.

Of course it is. With good diet and exercise. Although, I fully believe (and also know that other fitness gurus do as well) that as long as you exercise properly at least three or more times a week, you can eat almost anything you want, in moderation of course. Best of luck to you. I am trying to do the same thing right now.
