I am 5'2" and weigh 12lbs. I want to lose my arm fat. What are some good exercises

To burn the fat do cardio-run, cycle, swim 45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
To tone the muscle underneath the fat do curls and tricep extensions.
Flexing your arms hard and often will also help.

Yup High Cardio High reps on every arm workout you do such as curls with many different variations single dumbbell easy bar preacher curls straight bar an a decent diet on top of it all an you'll be on your way.

Run. Lift light weights with a lot of reps. 3 sets of 15-20.

pushups,
bicept curls
tricep dips
lat pull downs
pull ups
negative pull ups
shoulder press
inclined dumbell press
bench press
shoulder raises
just to name a few...thats all i can think of right now...

Do push ups, arm curls, chin ups and pull ups. anythng where you work your arms work good.
