what i have been doing is a normal sit ups with body flat on the ground, sit up till my fingers reach ground on the side of my knee.
I do it 15 times each, 3 sets a day almost everyday in a week. is it not enough?

Before you even think of building muscle you need to lose some fat. Cardio is key. At least 3-4 days a week. I know it sounds like a lot but if you want it that bad you'll do it. And 200 calories every 3 hours! I did this for 3 momths and I look so great. 6 pack and all but it was work. Good luck!!

That's great. Now, add some cardio to your workout to burn that flab and your ab muscles will begin to show.
