Sorry no magic way to get rid of it.
You could try having fillings done without anaesthetic if there not to deep.
I always do as i hate the feeling of being numb also.

I find talking the quickest way. as it exercises your mouth and gets everything flowing again.

i hate to say it but it must go away on its own. biting your cheek, chewing on ice, and jaw breakers dont make it go away any faster.
just relax, watch a movie or do something to occupy your time so that you dont think about it as much. before you not it, it will be gone.

depends on how much lignocaine is injected, it's affect is as a local anesthetic so it will weary on it on and with no other thing u can prevent this or make it go away early..

let it go by itself dont rush it as when it goes away fast you might feel some discomfort or pain.
