No way, unless there's a catch such as attending a high-pressure flatshare sale. I think your best bet is one of the low-cost airlines to Spain, and book in a youth hostel or cheap hotel. http://www.ryanair.com

No-one can guarantee a sun holiday in the UK! You could be lucky and catch the sun, more likely to catch a cold from a soaking though! What's the 9.50? Is that the time or is it meant to be £9-50? What would you expect to get for that ridiculous price? That wouldn't buy fish & chips for 2!

Is that the sun newspaper. Their cheapo holidays are in some crappy broken down caravan in a crappy broken down caravan park in the middle of nowhere and a time of the year when you don't want to be on holiday. The holidays at reasonable sites and at decent times of the year are always a lot dearer than £9.50!!!
