use a size 6 drill ..i know it seems small ..but trust me i have done this thousands of times .then knock in a brown plug it will go in..and it will be tight ...then screw in a size 5 or 6 screw .. because of dry lining ..use a 70 mm screw ..

if its plasterboard use a redi-drive fixing, this then takes a screw, which you can hang the mirror onto. you can always put some gripfill onto the back flange of the redi-fixing and bed it on.

go to ur local d.i.y shop and ask for a roll bolt...good luck or you could try super glue hahahaha only kidding

dont use r plugs it will pull out
use metal plaster board clips
