Don't you have any friends or family you can converse with?
I see that your name is masreya so I'm guessing you are Egyptian. Unfortunately, I don't know any sites that can help you but to be honest with you - you won't find many helpful 'free' sites for the Egyptian dialect only - however, why don't you just learn standard arabic? Then, you could start watching some arabic channels on the television - practically all sitcom programmes are in Egyptian, so you can pick it up from there.

Rosetta Stone is an expensive waste of money. Any CD, cassette, or computer based program with no human interaction is practically useless. The best way to learn, by far, is to immerse yourself in the language. Go live in an Arabic speaking country. You are forced to use the language every day. The second best way to learn is to get an Arabic speaking girlfriend or boyfriend. Someone who is willing to teach you the language out of love. College level classes are the 3rd best method.
