my kitt has been depressed and sad she always hides she doesnt want to eat anything should i take her to counseling

Try some boiled chicken breast, or tuna canned in water, or sardines canned in water or oil.
If it has been more than a day, and the cat still is not eating...you have a problem.
If you recently changed to a new brand of cat food, that could be the problem. Also, if something in the house has changed. A new pet, a new baby, a new boyfriend, a new piece of furniture...

No, but it sounds like it needs to a vet visit. Any time your cat shows strange behavior you should always consult with your vet. A depressed cat is a sign of many illnesses and some that are fatal. Counseling is something you would need and not the cat.

I think the best thing you can do is take kitty to the Vet.
If she's all of a sudden hiding, depressed, sad and not eating then there is something going on.
Anytime a cats behavior changes that much it's very possible that your cat is physically sick and needs to be checked out by a Vet.
