Well I've heard the best time is after a workout, as your body literally absorbs all the nutrients since it's trying to replenish after exercise.

The brand I use is an adult multi and I take one with breakfast and the second dose at lunch. It is best to space breakfast and lunch no less than four hours apart, because when taking the vitamin, your body can only absorb so much nutrition at one time. Any that isn't absorbed will be eliminated from your body. I can tell you more in an email.

Ideally, you want to spread it out throughout the day. There are multivitamins out there that have instructions to take it 3 times daily. Once a day though is not going to mean life or death or the creation of six pack. Consume with a meal that has some fat and also drink water, preferrably good fats like omega3s, etc. Since some vitamins are fat soluable and others water soluable.

yes the time you take the vitamin is important. you should take it with meals . unless your told by a doctor to take more then one tablet a day one is all you should take of a multivitamin and most often of any vitamin . so at meal time always

They suggest mornings and with breakfast because (a) you are
likelier to have a schedule for this/routine way to remember it than later; and, (b) eating makes it easier on the stomach to digest pills.
Other times can work if (a) you have a schedule and(b) you eat. :)
Best wishes finding the easiest regimen for you -- a continued one is more successful than a great one not followed!

I usually take mine first thing in the morning, but I don't know that there's a specific time to take it that would be better than others.
