how do i get to know some one?

there is this guy i like at my new school i knew him a few years ago but we didnt really talk i transfered to his school (not on purpose)

just go talk to him. you learn stuff about him through listening. but dont do a 20 questions thing. just talk, things come up that express him. a few questions are no problem
