Folic acid, B vitamins(Niacin, riboflavin), Zinc, Omega fatty acids, probably lots more! Eat lots of leafy dark green things, fish(there are Omega fatty acid vitamin supplements), and cereals that have high folic acid count on label. Gelatin helps your hair and nails be stronger. Good Luck!

A vitamin C deficiency can cause the hair to be susceptible to problematic splitting and breaking. This usually only occurs with severe deficiency and can be reversed when vitamin C intake is increased. Vitamin C is essential to producing collagen, a connective tissue that gives structure by holding tissues in the body together, such as the tissue in hair. The reference daily intake for vitamin C is 60 milligrams for the average adult. People who smoke need twice as much vitamin C as nonsmokers. Vitamin C is found in plant sources such as:
citrus fruits
berries
melons
peppers
dark green leafy vegetables
potatoes
tomatoes

All the B vitamins, Zinc and make sure you are eating enough protein. But as someone suggested above, a blood test will narrow it down for you, personally. Good luck.

I am not sure about not growing, but if you are losing hair that means you are lacking in iron and maybe need to take a supplement. Talk to a dermatologist about hair issues.

How long is your hair? When mine got to my waist it grew really slow after that. I cut off about 8 inches and it is back to normal. I think your hair gets too heavy.
