Well the grilled chicken has protien to keep you full, but you'll need to add some fiber to really make it last. Make some brown rice, some quinoa or barley, or another whole grain. Serve it with some veggies, a salad, or a broth based soup, and you've got a meal!

Grill tomatoes, bell peppers, even potatoes!
Saute some peas and onions in a lil butter or olive oil.

U can also grill some brinjals , mash and add to yoghurt along with some lemon juice, salt pepper, for a yummy side dish.

rice and veggies. cook rice and add frozen veggies to eat. ( peas and carrots usually work well and come in a package or brocolli)
you can also take asparugus, coat it in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for about 25 minutes and eat it on the side. also beans work well or mushrooms.
a good side is also a nice hearty salad ( lettuce or spinach, almonds, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, lemon juice, olive oil, some salt and pepper to taste. you can also add some crumbled bblue cheese for strong flavor.
