none actually just diet and exercise. or try dancing it works and it tones the body.

vitamins/minerals, whey protein, veggies and low GI fruits for carbs, and flaxseed oil. eat at least 6+ small meals per day (something as simple as whey protein in water and a grapefruit or apple).

Fasting, purging, and other radical methods never work in the long run.
