"AMBER Alert is a proven success and has helped rescue more than 230 children nationwide. More than 85 percent of those recoveries have occurred since AMBER Alert became a nationally coordinated effort in 2002. With 50 statewide AMBER plans now in place, we are meeting President Bush's goal of a National AMBER Alert network. As the new National AMBER Alert Coordinator, I am committed to ensuring that we have a strong and seamless network in place to protect our children."

exciting question. i actually theory confusing approximately this one. i think of that's via fact possibly black toddlers do no longer circulate lacking as plenty provided that many black human beings have prolonged families around (cousins, aunts, and so on.) greater oftentimes and stay on the factor of another. White families have a tendency to be greater remoted unto themselves leaving toddlers greater susceptible. additionally possibly there would desire to a uncomplicated mistrust of the police and getting them in contact. An amber alert demands a police lacking new child report. it seems serial killers of youngsters are white adult adult males who prey on white toddlers. there replace into the Atlanta black boy homicide of the 1970's or 80's (i will no longer be able to undergo in strategies). It garnered a brilliant police involvement to seize the killer of those toddlers. A black guy named Williams replace into convicted of the crime and all the killings stopped. Are you looking comments of lacking black toddlers swept under the rug? I certainly wish no longer. Any lacking new child merits finished interest of the government until stumbled on.

Hopefully a lot. I feel bad whenever I see a child missing. There are so many sick people in this world to take a child away and abuse it.
