Tired of being overlooked because you are just physically shorter than the rest? Want to grow taller and get noticed for all the right reasons? You definitely do! Research has shown how being taller can significantly give you the advantage when it comes to career progression - including how much you are paid each month. But what can you do in your mature adult state to increase in height? Through exercise, of course!
Did you know that in America itself, an extra inch of height above the average can earn you an additional $1000 per year? It is a rather skewed view of being profiled physically to determine your character. Unfortunate yes, but that is the way the world works these days.
So instead of working hopelessly to change the system, why not enhance your physical self by growing a couple or more inches taller? No it is not true that you no longer can increase your height once you reach adulthood. The fact is your body still holds potential to become tall!

Lack of sleep can prevent proper growth. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Drinking milk may help you get taller, but it might make you fatter. Drink one or two glasses of milk a day.
Hanging onto a bar or something helps to lengthen your spine and will, in the long run, increase your height.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch.
You can see further tips in a web search to grow taller naturally.

I really don't think that a grown person can increase their height at all. The major growing takes place when you are a child and in adolescents-thats why its important for children to drink milk and get all their vitamins.

Start by working on your self esteem and stop obssessing over this. It's all genetics and even then, gravity does its toll as you get older. Definitely stretch your back a lot, and it may release some of the pressure that presses your joints together more, and you just might get a little taller.
