Despite what others may say, I have always been interested in forensic pathology, so I find your question rather normal. Another website to check out...doesn't have autopsy pics, but does have pics of decomposition, www.rotten.com some pics on rotten can be pretty graphic, so beware.
Faces of Death is a video you can rent...no autopsies, but some pretty nasty stuff.

Sounds a little morbid to me, but who am I to say, I am always fascinated with the dead and what happens after death. Probably just healthy curiosity. Will tell you that I once attended an autopsy and it wasn't a pretty sight and it didn't smell too good either.

Although its not a pretty thing to see, try www.rotten.com or www.ogrish.com. Ogrish had an actual beheading on line. If you really want to be morbid, go and rent Faces of Death. I saw it about 20 years agon while in college and didn't sleep for about 3 days afterwards, it was so disturbing.
