You will be fine. The next question is..What are you eating to compliment your workouts? Also never become complacent. Always increase your intensity every week or so. Example (Next week go up to 5.2mph). or you wont burn as much as you think you are. Don't worry your wont bulk up to a body builder doing Pilate's and 30 min jogs.

What yer doing is absolutely fine, take in 7-8 glasses of water a day. Good for reducing wait and keeps yer skin soft. Then, make sure you eat 5 kinds of veggies and fruits a day (3 veggies & 2 fs or 2 vs & 3 fruits) cos fibre is what you need to keep you healthy, fit and reduce a lot of calories. And dont think about rice for a while, lots of carbohydrates, maybe after you reduce, then you can eat rice, 1 cup a day (have it for lunch). Plus, make sure you eat more than 3 times a day, cos people who eat less than 3 times a day and those who skip food timings have gone to become BLOBS without eating anything at all. By more than 3
times i dont mean (big full meals, you know little, little and little).

yes that will... and you wont bulk if you want to do a little weight lifting do it with small weights it wont bulk you up but it will tone and also stretching helps to not bulk you up too... make sure to stretch! good luck!
