I don't need to lose any weight, but I really want to firm up my thighs, butt, and stomach. How many reps should I do and how much cardio?

See a personal trainer and learn the proper way to do squats or lunges or leg presses. For your abs.. crunches, leg lifts.
Regarding sets, if your a beginner, 2 sets of 12 then move up to more sets and weight.. Reps.. I'd keep rather high. Your not body building and dont' want to build a lot of size so keep reps at 12. Do the leg exercise twice a week.

Honestly, and it sounds goofy, however take into account that video eight Minute Abs? It friggin works GREAT!! It would possibly not get your abs fantastic robust, however that vid, if performed EXACTLY proper, will reduce your mid-phase right into a VERY spectacular six-percent. And of path you have to devour a good-balanced, low-fats nutrition mixed with cardio recreation a minimum of 3 instances every week so you'll even SEE the ones abs that you simply reduce.

The best thing I have found is to use the ball. If you lay on your back and pass the ball from your feet to you hands, (without bending you knees) it will work your stomach. I hope this works.
