I keep a bunch of bags of different frozen fruit on hand ( strawberries, peach blueberries) I put about a cup in the blender add cranberry juice one pack of equal, one scoop of vanilla whey powder and 1 tablespoon flax seed oil. The frozen fruit makes it so you don't have to add ice. Yum!

If you mean Smoothies,
Then
Banana Strawberry Kiwi
Orange Mango And Yogurt
Yogurt Honey and Summer Fruits

These Are just a few of the ENDLESS Things you could use..
To make it icy Add ice blocks
To make It Sweet But healthy add Honey..
To make it Thick Add yogurt..

Yum!! I just had one this morning!! I have one of those "Magic Bullets" and it makes them up super quick! My fav is:
1 banana, 3 tbsp. strawberry yogurt, 4-5 chunks of pinapple, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of o.j., 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk and ice... Probably a ton of carbs, so not sure if it is healthy as far as wanting to loose weight, but it sure tastes good!!

We love smoothies, but usually as a light meal for supper.

Keep frozen bananas (peel before freezing) on hand and add one to any other fruit to thicken it. (Strawberries, blueberries, peaches or any combo...)

We use just enough water to get the fruit to blend, but you could use any type of milk.

Honey to sweeten.

I love pumpkin pies so my favorite smoothie is raw cashews mixed with water, pumpkin, honey and a frozen banana. Add any pie spices you like, but I like mild pies so don't add any. If you are dieting it's not great to have every day, but you need to eat some fats to be healthy so it's good as a treat.

Enjoy your morning smoothies - what a treat!
