From H&R's software ( I used it myself for the last couple of years ) until you get your refund deposited can be on the order of a month. It should take ~2-3 weeks (they list 8-15 business days), but sometimes there are delays where they'll have to recheck some numbers on your return.
Hope this helps... and don't lose hope. They'll let you know if anything's wrong.
Also, as a way to check the status, you can go to www.irs.gov and check the status of your return.

To check the progress of your current year refund, go to www.irs.gov "Where's My Refund" or call the Refund Hotline at (800) 829–1954. . When you call, you will need to provide your Social Security number, your filing status, and the exact whole dollar amount of the refund shown on your return.
To check the status of your refund call 1-800-829-1954 or go to
the Where's My Refund site http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96596,00.html

If you filed two weeks ago, you need to know the exact date. Say for example you filed between February 2 through February 8 before 11 AM, you would get your direct deposit on Friday the 16th if everything was accepted properly. You can go online to www.irs.gov and click on WHERES MY REFUND and it will let you know.

Like Tink said, if you know the exact date that you filed your return with H & R Block, you can check this site and see when to expect it to be direct deposited:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p2043.pdf
THEY ONLY DO DEPOSITS ON FRIDAYS ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE EFILE SCHEDULE.
I also know that they update their website on Mondays evenings between midnight and 3AM, and you can check the status of your refund and direct deposit date on Tuesday and it should be updated by then.

They do it all days of the week. There is an 800 number you can call to the IRS that will check the status of you refund. Give it a call and see where you stand. They usually can give you a date when it will be deposited.
