I think that it could happen. Everyone is their own worst critic. Everyone sees their own flaws. So yes I think it could happen.

Anorexia is a problem in the mind, not the physical make-up, and can be brought about by a number of different factors. Being an identical twin does not mean the other will suffer with the same thing.
You need professional help.

I have identical twin brothers. People who first meet them or don't know them always ask how I tell the difference between them. It's so easy, I only lived with them for 16 years. Really though, they look very much alike.

i went to h.s. with these twins...they were great together, but really shined when you got them alone and butt naked!
no difference at all except for a small birthmark on the inner thigh of the 6 min older sister!

hey there. im a twin, but fraternal twin. i think u r not only looking at twins in this case. it is so normal for girls to say their sister is thinner bla bla bla. i always get compared to my twin. people r saying im fat, and she's thin. and i think it is true. the thing is, being twins, u r always getting compared to ur other half...so am i. i think the girl that u've known is always getting compared to her twin like me. so she is always saying that cos people are saying so. dont worry...it is normal. not only to twins, but any general girls. hehe. i fall in that category too.. u must like her eh.. *wink*

Yes. You have body dysphasia. You are unable to see what your body is really like. It could lead to anorexia. Talk to a Dr. or a nutritionist.

it could be that one of them or both has an eating disorder.
but to be certain ask others around you if they think you need to loose weight. to be sure that your not dilusional.
