I was!!! I have very very light eyes and pale skin. But for some reason my hair is so dark that it is almost black. Almost everyone else in my family is blonde. I don't mind my brown hair, but it washes me aout and people alyays think that I dyed it this color.

Well since you appear to be asking if any of us feel we were born with the wrong hair color for our skin tone. Yes it can happen, it's what happens in the gene pool. My mother is of Native American background and my father is Irish/Scots. My hair color is naturally very dark brown, almost black, my eyes are a light hazel and I have fair skin with some freckles, I have to warm up the color of my hair or I look pasty white,with my natural hair color I look almost goth in pictures. I normally bleach my hair a warm chestnut brown.It's warm& light enough to give my face some color with out going too light that I have to keep doing touch ups all the time. If you are going to try to bleach your hair try to get the color to be the way your hair does in the summer,the sun naturally bleaches everyones hair.Also since you didn't specifiy
how dark of a brunette you are. I would sugest you go to a hair salon, the stylest there will be able to sugest a color that will be more flattering to you skin tone and coloring.

I was born with blond hair, it turned dark brown when I was about 5, then for some strange reason, turned light blond. I was way into my adult years when this happened. No explanation for it, and haven't used any dye on it. Still don't know what color hair I should really have

I'm the same as Cheezy. My hair was wheat blond when I was a little girl and it has slowly, slowly gotten darker (dull brown) over time. Although a week in the sun and it is pretty blond again. Then there is my husband who had pretty dark hair when he was a baby but now it is almost sandy blond.

I wished that I have brownish-dark brown hair.. but I'm asian and i have black hair. It is only brownish underneath the sunlight. And i'm not allowed to dye my hair into a different color :( At least you can dye your hair blonde right? Or brunette... or anything you wish.

my sister had the same problem she is a blond with brown eyes and bronze skin!so she wares a lto of browns and greens and really plays with her hair styles.. but then again it's hot on her she models for holster and abacromi?
