the flowers are more likely to be given only to a boyfriend or someone that there is romance between or where one wants romance.

It doesn't really mean anything... A gift is a gift... If you're asking this then I suppose you're being really ungrateful for the gift that you've received... The mere fact that the person went to the effort of getting the flowers should say alot...
And yes, it's ok for a guy to accept presents from a girl! There is no written rule on who should buy gifts for who...

i think that even if we get 1 kiss from ur girl the its like a gift...
stupid....if the girl is giving u flowers then she is interested in u....
take her out to some romatic place and give her a nice smooth romantic smooch.....
