Im with this guy and he wants to have sex! Im Ready but we are not Boyfriend and Girlfriend! Im 17 and he is 19!

You don't have to be b/f and g/f to have sex. If you are ready and are attracted to him, as long as 17 is a legal age where you are, go for it.
