I think thats a nice opinion of yours, but they just dont know that everyone is really an immigrant. Whites come from europe, and even before them, the native americans came from asia...so really everyone is an immigrant....

Of course America wouldn't exist without immigrants. Everybody knows that!! Americans blame, and rightfully so, the ILLEGAL immigrants!!!
If they want to come to the US to get a better life, then they need to become LEGAL US Citizens like the MILLIONS of other immigrants did when they came to the US to get a better life!!!!

Like a lot of people, you fail to successfully differentiate between two distinct phenomena: One is legal immigration, the process whereby people apply for and obtain citizenship by lawful means in the United States, and the other is ILLEGAL immigration, the means by which corporate types, foreign countries, and all their sympathizers et. al. have been systematically violating US immigration law for some time, now.
No one's saying that immigration, per se, is a negative influence, in fact, the opposite is true. But: As with all things, there is a balance to be maintained, and all such goings-on should be held up to a bright, bright spotlight with all of their facts on public display, so as to ensure the absence of criminality, subversion, or malice in such proceedings.
We live in a Changed World, and the assumptions and practices of 1905 may not be applicable in 2007, and beyond. Almost 6.7 billion people walk the earth today, with more on the way. They can't all live in the United States. We've gone into exponential replication of people, were we to maintain the rate of increase and double, or even triple the number of people in the world by 2100, the curve would literally be off of any chart you'd care to try to draw it on, and we'd be out of fuel and food long before we get there. I'm for managed growth, with plenty of public oversight over the whole business. Say 'no' to illegal immigration...

I don't blame the immigrants. I blame liberals, corporate scumbag lobbyists, the Bush Administration, and the politically correct sentiment that Americans must sacrifice it's economy, schools, and hospitals for the benefit of exploited illegal alien slave labor who refuse to assimilate.

Many blame illegals and criminals from all races frivolously. All lawbreakers reason expenditures to society. criminal immigrants have no longer something to concern, yet are oftentimes sympathizers who forget the criminal information and instead replace into protecting via fact they think of they and their race deserve greater efficient therapy in a worldwide the place discrimination is inbred into each and every race. I shop reminding many conservatives that in the event that they might drop the derogatory cr&p, they might have larger floor to stand upon it fairly is unassailable. no possible argue the certainty that the unlawful extraterrestrial beings are right here illegally. via attempting to maintain this subject restrained to the criminal matters, it might shield them from the airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust with an unassailable argument that no possible defeat, in need of begging for a metamorphosis to the regulation or an unreasonable amnesty. unlawful immigrants have chosen to be regulation-breakers and selfishly push aside the regulation as quickly as they step in the time of, or are pushed in the time of, or overstay their visas. common. i do no longer difficulty relating to the financial ramifications, racial overtones, or moralistic arguments and locate all of them to count on opinionated attitude particularly than certainty, even however I too do have an opinion while baited to particular it. different immigrants do have specific issues that any undesirable grouping has, yet no longer all immigrants are undesirable, and their issues selection vastly from that of the undesirable criminal and illegals that abuse the device and commit greater advantageous crimes as do any deprived racial grouping. to thoroughly forget relating to the subject matters based upon opinion is a blindness that purely proves stupidity and absence of regard for the regulation. Immigrants have continually been displacers of the prestige quo and reactionaries will continually attempt to deter the loss of their potential to them. This communicate board basically happens to be a propagandist gadget for the two factors to voice their minds and not definitely everyone continually consents. shop it to the certainty of illegality and you'd be able to be sure the justifications for the blame-sport while definitely everyone takes out all the weapons they might desire to argue the subject from besides the fact that information they go with to skew of their choose.

It's the ones who are here without permissiom. I have a son, college grad, good background, smart as a tack, no record and law-abiding. He applied for a certain job, didn't get because an uneducated immigrant was needed to meet the hiring policy. Thats bull hocky and that what the repubs want. PERIOD.

Americans need to blame someone for their problems....it used to be the Italians, then the Irish, then the Asians. Last year it was the Arabs, this year it is the immigrants. Next year it will be some other socio-ethnic group.
This kind of discrimination is caused by fear and ignorance. You notice they blame only Mexicans and South Americans today...

Illegal immigrants = Crowded schools, roads, hospitals, diseases, drugs, crime etc.
Immigration is good, but if you saturate your country with foreigners you will not have a country for long.
