buy a good conditioner with protein in it to help feed the hair. If you can, don't wash your hair every day as this will allow the hair's natural oils to build up, once a week use a deep conditioning treatment and soon your locks will be back to normal!

It is a totally disgusting mess, but it does work. Get Reddi whip or cool whip. It works fine out of both a can or the tub. Rub it into your dry hair and let it set for about 15 mintues. Then go take a shower and wash it out. (It works really good for me - and if I am wrong, you are out 2 bucks.)

i had this problem and used leave in conditioner every time i washed my hair and after a week it was a lot better it also leaves your hair soft and shiny each morning when you brush but be careful not to put to much on the roots as it can look a bit greasy but you can put as much on the ends. i had hair past my bra strap and a bottle of leave in conditioner was lasting me two to three weeks but it definately works.

use conditioning treatment like hot oil treatments and that should restore some of the moisture to your hair. dying it strips it of its natural oils and stuff so if you do to your local beauty supply store and ask them what type of conditioning treatments they think would be best might be a good idea.

Use walnut oil and try to condition it once a week. Or use the walnut oil as a hot oil treatment once a week.
