No. Champagne (or Sparkling Wines) are really no different than a flat wine. Once the bubbles are gone it may not be a flat wine that tastes very good (and if it's been open long enough to lose its bubbles it will probably taste stale already), but it will be no worse for you than that bottle of Merlot that's been in your fridge for a week uncorked.

Sure. Drinking enough of ANY type of alcohol can make you sick.

However, it's not going to make you sick because it's "bad" - no more than a flat coke would make you sick.

It won't poison you or anything, but you may barf from the taste of it. Ick. I'd barf if I drank old flat Champagne.

It still has alcohol and could make you sick. However I like it with orange juice.
