If you like tulips, use red & white tulips in vases tied with silver organza ribbon around the neck of the vase and sprinkle silver star glitter on the tables around the vases. Place 3-4 little white tealights in little tealight holders around the vases and among the glitter. Just ideas. Go into craft stores and look for ideas of your own and walk around floral departments. Above all, have fun!

First off, congratulations on your future wedding. An April wedding with red, white and silver is a hard color combination to pull off. Let white or silver be able to stand alone but never the red. It would overpower the rest of the colors. Always pair the red with the white, or pair red with silver. Do not pair just the white and the silver as you might lose track of the red. For more information on dreaming up ways to show all three colors in one place, leave some different length streamers hang down. If you are going to have flowers on the table, go to a florist and get some flowers that are both red and white together in one flower. What kind of flower doesn't matter really, unless you have a preference, as long as you have a silver ribbon either on the vases or tying the flowers together in the vases.

I don't know if this will help or not, but maybe it is all in the style of the flowers you choose. Like red roses would make you feel like an evening affair for sure, but maybe red tulips, poppies, or those pretty, big red mums that sorta are shaped like a red sunflower, are more fun and casual looking I would think. Then you could use white daisies and tulips too. they both have a friendly look to them.
Honestly,I am not sure where to include the silver though. Maybe put your flowers in cute, little silver pails or buckets or something to make it look more cutsey and casual too? To jazz up the buckets you could maybe tie white or red a bow around them?
I am doing my wedding in the evening and have a red and white theme too. I did my own bouquets with white roses and small red roses and a few smaller roses that are varigated with white and reds and sorta look like a dark pink form a distance.
I have found that it looks really good to have more than one shade of red when doing the flowers, because when the flowers are all the same rshade of red, they look really fakey and cheesy. Having the different shades of red makes them more interesting and real looking, and they stand out more.
I hope that helped a little.

Great time to ask this question. All the valentine stuff out right now is red. Go the day after and you'll probably get it at 50% off too. I saw some really cute pink vases at the 99cent store. They are bud vases with a heart cut out in the middle. They can be spray painted any color you want, even two toned. Time to go shopping and see what's out there. Don't forget to look in thrift stores. Let your imagination go wild. Take a friend and see if they have any suggestions too.

I can see where you are having trouble with decor. Here are some ways that you can save money and still keep it "pretty".
Make your own topiaries for centerpieces, use silver and white. Buy small candies and print off lables for them in red with your wedding info on them (ie names, date, place) and spread them around the bases of each topiary.
A question that I have for you, if you dont mind, is what you may be having for your meal. You can always focas your decor around your meal. If you need anymore help, feel free to message me.

Use the stereotypical picnic-table-tablecloth-style red and white checks, maybe with a nice lace trim, if you have extra cash. You can make fruit centerpieces of cherries, strawberries, and watermelon (dipped in white chocolate)? Red hyacinths might be a nice touch too!

I suggest visiting http://www.weddinglenox.com or onewed.com and ask the pro.
You can try Weddinglenox matching system http://www.weddinglenox.com/membersignup1.php that will match you up with local vendors. I tried it and have good result as I only recieved response from vendors according to my request.
One problem I had with my wedding is that it is hard to locate vendors in most website as most likely they group by states and there are too many of them that's too far from me and I have to look at each site to figure out.
The sites I provide above have a easy to use layout to show you pictures, pricing and location in one page plus, you can send out your inquiry for matching vendor to contact you. That save me lots of time to locate the best vendors with the right price.

Red roses as centerpeices. That's what I'm doing. They sell them in bulk at either Sam's club or Cosco.
