Tell them that you are flattered with their interest in you but you just don't feel the same way. It is hard at first, but it does get easier and we all have to deal with this at some point in life. Always give the person you don't like something positive and then let them down gently and don't hurt their feelings, they will have a lot more respect for you and you will not of made an enemy.
