All the civilains that died during air raid bombings or even the killings of German and Jap prisoners. YOu cant say its to late that it was years ago..............because there still trying to go after the people who bombed black churches during the 50s and 60s

During a war those are not considered war crimes what the Nazis did though was considered war crimes and they are still convicting them today in fact one was convicted a couple of years ago or so

First...the veterans of WW1...WWII...etc., fought the Japanese and Germans who were committing atrocities by murder and a myriad of other war crimes to include pushing victims over cliffs to their deaths, illegal medical research, rape, theft, genocide!
As for those people who intentionally bombed the churches in Alabama and elsewhere...those were criminal acts of racism in our own country where justice committed to those who were killed was served!
You really have some serious issues with a lack of knowledge and understanding.
Maybe dropping out of kindergarten was a huge mistake!

Unless it was on purpose, or the goal, civilian war deaths fall under different rules/laws. Plus like any other "crimes" they have to be proven.
