it depends what level of fitness you are right now. if you hardly ever work out at all, then start by doing one video every second day. so say, Monday you're gonna give yourself a break. on Tuesday do the total body ( it really doesn't make a difference just pick one ) workout. then you have Wednesday off and Thursday you do the abb tape. keep going like that so that you have different days off different weeks. then when that schedule gets comfortable, skip the days off and just alternate videos. always take at least one or two days off, you're body needs to rejuvenate also! good luck!

Do at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. I personally change my workout regiment on a day to day basis so that the muscles I exercise on one day can rest the next day.
What is important initially, though, is NOT to overwork yourself. Start with a workout that is comfortable so that you will be willing to do it again later. Gradually work your way up to something more strenuous.

don't mind people who say stuff like,3 days a week, do you think are ansertores only worked in the felids that much, the point of exercise it that we used to be out and about all day, everyday, that why you should exercise everyday(id on't even take off chirtmas), but the idea of switching cds is good is really good.

It's good to alternate your workout & rest in between.
This gives your muscles a chance to recuperate, healing the tiny tears as your muscles are built up. You need to listen to your body & gradually increase your workout schedule.
Remember to eat nutritious food (organic when you can), avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & greasy foods) & stay hydrated.
Happy workout. :)
