What do I have to do to take a picture of a bottle and make it looks with water drops?

You could put the empty bottle into the freezer. Then when you take it out to room temperature to film it it will cover with condensation drops.

Use some super glue let it drip down when it hardens you can take the picture, it looks like drip water ( Super glue hardes clear )

Get a hot glue gun with glue sticks (any craft store will sell) and create droplets using the hot glue down the bottle.
