It does not matter how long you worked. How much money you earned and how much tax is withheld from your paycheck is more important while deciding whether to file tax return or not. Also you need check whether someone else is claiming you as dependent.

You would want to file to get back any taxes withheld, so yes if you should file to get that money back.
