If you're intolerant of intolerance, then that makes you intolerant, too.:)

Cute question.

However, there is not a black or white answer to this question.

I tend to tolerate intolerant people, even those intolerant of me, because they are usually troubled people who are not very powerful.

I tend not to tolerate my country when it demonstrates intolerance because this is a much more serious problem due to the power a country has to inflict damage.

In both cases, it is important to stand up and be heard and in the second case, it is important to add that the particular situation will not be tolerated.

Remember this ......"we are all created equal", we do not judge other people. We accept them for the way God made them. We are all his children and we are all different. What make seem intolerable to you may be my most tolerable. Like passing judgement on others is one of my least favorite things in life, to form an opinion is our own thing. As is our a*@hole. But we only show it when asked. If you believe in god, then you know "hypocrits" are not tolerable to him. You do not have to like or surround yourself with what you call intolerance. But as someone before me here stated, "intolerable is intolerable", yes it is and hypocritiacal. I try to keep and open mind and see every individual for what they are. It also makes life easier , and less stressful, as a matter of fact, if you listen, you may find these intolerable people may have something for you. I am not telling you what to do or preaching. But before you cancel out or confirm this way of "dividing individuals", just try it ? You may find life is alot more interesting.

lovable question. although, there is now no longer a black or white answer to this question. I even tend to tolerate illiberal persons, even those illiberal of me, on condition that they are maximum regularly afflicted people who're commonly no longer very physically powerful. I even have an inclination to no longer tolerate my usa whilst it demonstrates intolerance on condition that it relatively is a touch extra excessive hassle as a results of vigour a rustic has to inflict injury. In each and every cases, it relatively is vital to stand up and be heard and interior the 2nd case, it relatively is commonplace so as to characteristic that the desired situation is in all possibility no longer tolerated.

Well, I'm not the thought police.

People can be just as intolerant as they wish to be....and in MY home, that stuff doesn't get expressed, or people are shown the door.

People think what they think, and believe what they believe, and far too many think that they have an express elevator to the TRUTH, and believe that people who think differently are inferior.

They get to think that.

Actions are a different matter entirely.
