5' 8" and 106? How about McDonald's? A nice Big Mac and fries. Questions like these piss me off!

P.S. It's not how often you eat. It's what you eat.

Hi, I wouldn't eat a Boca meatless burger. A good rule of thumb is: "never eat anything your great grandmother wouldn't recognize as food." Boca burgers are genetically modified food -- not real food -- Frankenfood.

Second, 106 is very light for 5'8" and you may want to think about consuming more than 1600 calories a day. 2,000 to 2,200 is more like it, depending on how active you are.

So, back to your lunch: 300 calories isn't enough to keep you energized. By 3 p.m. you'll be ravenous and much more likely to eat sugary or fatty snacks.

How about a tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat -- make w/ only a modest amount of mayo. Put lettuce and tomato on the sandwich, and have some carrot/celery sticks. Try a cup of vegetable soup with your sandwich. Have an apple, orange, or banana, and a handful of almonds or peanuts. A better mix of foods, enough to give you energy and keep your bones strong -- you'll feel better -- trust me!

Good luck!

I'm currently on Weight Watchers and when I'm packing my lunch I usually bring a sandwich (similar to what you've done), a piece of fruit (usually around 60 calories) and low fat yogurt (100 calories or so). To add more, you could put a piece of cheese on your burger, which could be anywhere from 70 to 100 calories, or you could pack some almonds or another healthy nut.

Wait a minute...you are 5 foot 8 and 106 pounds??? That means your BMI (Body Mass Index) is a mere 16.1, while you should be in the range of 19 to 25 to be considered healthy. Eat a donut or 5, honey!

You're missing a drink. I suggest something like Soy Milk. Don't dismiss the veggies either, Carrot sticks and snack foods like that are great for the small meals. Easy to grab and go if your busy like I am. Fruit is another to keep the arbs up for those fast paced days. Good Luck, I know its tough

You need to add some veggies. You can have a big baby spinach salad with low cal dressing for hardly any calories. Maybe add a small piece of fruit as well and light yogurt. Then you would have a perfectly balanced meal. :)

You could add cheese, and vegetables like lettuce and tomato on your burger. If you don't want to add anything else on your burger you could have some fresh fruit or glass of soy or skim milk on the side.

You are very skinny by the way :)

an apple or orange, maybe some carrots sticks, celery sticks, tomato, or a cumcumber. Most of this stuff is low calorie so you can have a lot of this and still not have a lot of calories. Good luck with this.
