You have a "hang over". Ouch. Had one myself this weekend. The most important thing to know about drinking too much is that alcohol is a diuretic. Even though you are drinking tons of liquid, it leeches all the liquid from your body and you pee it out. The biggest part of a hangover is from deydration. Drink water, and try to get a little food down. Do NOT drink anything with caffeine in it, or you will worsen the problem. Have water, Milk, decaf tea, or decaf soda if you must. Water is best. Then rest. Rest and drink water...repeat. Soup is good for something to eat, because its mostly liquid. It wont upset your tummy too much.

Next time you want to have a rip roaring drunk, remember to occassionally throw a glass of water in between drinks to prevent a hangover. Also, just before you tumble into bed, down a large glass of milk or water. I promise it will help the "morning after." Of course, not drinking so much will help too!

Oh, take some tylenol or Ibuprofen for the headache you probably have. It wont help the stomach much. If your really sick to your stomach, you can try some pepto-bismal or some form of "upset stomach" meds to help. Nothing is going to get you better faster than drinking lots of water though.

You need to drink a lot of water to hydrate your system. Plus, I have found that if you eat greasy food, like Denny's, this will help coat your stomach. Generally, I eat greasy food right after I am finished drinking. You could also try peptobismal.

The best thing you can do is sleep it off and drink as much water as possible, but the feeling will definitely go away after 1 day. Good luck to you!

Crackers or dry toast and drink lots of water. When your stomach can handle it take two aspirin or tylenol to help cope with the pain.

If you feel the need to vomit, do so and you will feel better. Sorry to be gross, but your stomach needs to rid itself of excess acid.

Medicinal charcoal can be used, for absorbing the toxin. If you feel nauseated, you should vomit, to expel the poisonous substances which are probably causing the belly ache. More home remedies for stomach ache at http://www.aches.in/homeremediesstomachache.html
