i need to do a demonsratio speech for English class and it needs to be 3 minutes long what should i do it on?

demonstrate how to play a board game.... thats what I did for mine a long time ago... but then again that was because i didnt prepare and woke up and remembered and while picking my clothes i saw the board game Monopoly and was like you know what ill use this... i talked about all the different house rules that people had and the basics of the game... it turned out well for me....
