I've always believed you follow your heart, now I just don't know.

I've done both...usually following your heart when your head is telling you something else leads to disaster.

Your head is their to help you heart. Sometimes your heart wants something but your head knows that it is not right. Listen to your head when those moments come. It may hurt but in the long run you save yourself a lot more pain. Or you save the other person pain as well. I tend to listen to my heart for the most part though. It mostly never leads you wrong. When your sprit and your soul are in conflict with your heart that is when you consult your head.

i follow my heart mostly, but sometimes the heart doesn't tell u what u want to hear. it is hard to listen especially if u r confused. ur mind is telling u one thing and ur heart is telling u the opposite. it can be so frustrated , in any way always ask people around even if u r sure that ur heart is telling u the truth.

The heart always starts the "conversation" and I will finish with my head.
Experience teaches me that the heart is too emotional to be practical, and can lead in the wrong direction.
Best really to listen to your "gut" as that will tell you more than you can believe.

I think you should follow your heart, but make sure that it is for all the right reasons. Not because the guy or girl looks good, remember it matters what is inside. But is seems that people forget.
