i want and i need silence, peace and quiet so i can study and pass with good grades my exams. And not only that, but me as a person, i need quiet.
they cannot give me this, and as they told me ''they don't really care'' about what i need. the thing is i never had good relationship with them and I DON"T EVEN have a room on my own. I share my room with my sister which is older than me [i don't have a good relationship with none of my family]
so....should i rent a house on my own? [i have a job] Is it legal? Can i call someone proffesional for help? who?

I would wait till you are 18 yrs. What I would do is make use of your school or local ibrary to study as much as possible and also set aside money every month as if you were paying rent and food etc for yourself. You will have the savings and gain the knowledge that you can really do this. Being on your own is a lot of change and it will help you prepare and also help you deal with the situation you are in. Look also for a roomate for a future move, someone you could depend on and that you trust- Good luck. You sound like a smart, hardworking person, just don't jump too fast.....

Living on your own is going to be expensive. Make sure you take into account things like rent, food etc before deciding to move out.
There may be official people who can help you, but that you would have to find out locally. A teacher might be able to help you find guidance in the practical stuff.

It's those final 3 questions that are so revealing..prospective, rationality..and reality..all indications of the logic youve employed...
I offer you some pre-cautions, only.....
1...dont make life changing decisions when you are angry.
2..parents KNOW you..!!..and want to help you grow..
3..rent a 'room' near home and family..life isnt as nice as u think..
4..Independence is a full time undertaking, expect complications
5..watch your back, venerability becomes relative quickly to a young adult.
and lastly..guard the gifts given you by your family..they are lifetime tools, not adolescent toys

I don't know what the laws in Greece are, but I also think it's a matter of maturity. Are you sure that you're mature and responsible enough to be able to handle living on your own?

If you can afford it, go for it. I don't know how old you have to be to sign a rental contract though. You may want to try renting a room from a private party?

If you are unhappy, and the law allows you to leave at 17, then go for it. Your happiness is what counts.
