Unless he's super shy, this doesn't mean he likes you yet. But you definitely have potential.

I know its hard to read guys sometimes. The guy Im involved with (who has a girlfriend, please dont hate me!!!), says he has feelings for me and cant stop thinking about me. He smiles at me and looks and touches me all the time. Always ringing and texting, but Im still none the wiser. I guess you should ask him and see what he says but then how do you know his answer is truthful?
Thats not much of an answer is it?? Sorry

The only way to get a straight answer whether he likes you more than a friend is to ask him.

I don't think you can work it out from that. He obviously thinks you are cool, but that's all we can tell from that I'm afraid. It would depend on how else he treats you.

if he says your pretty cool then he likes you if he said your ight then that would be different but most likely you got good luck and have fun

I reckon he does. Most men aren't very good at complimenting, usually.
