the word son in the Bible does not mean son as we understand today, the word son in the Bible means "an honor servent to God", Jesus is one of them which happend to born by a miracle for a sign to the childrean of Israel who were too stubborn to believe.

if somebody should be begotten then its adam ----no mother or father------straight from God. Eve has been created from Adam, where is her mother or her dad?

Adam was created from the earth and was the first man,this is why we have the term son of man, Jesus however was begotten of the Father,in other words He came from and is part of the Father in substance, no other being neither Angel or man had this uniquely God nature.

When you say that someone is your son, that is a term of endearment or caring.
Jesus was asked directly if he was the Son of God, not a son of God but the Son of God, and he responded, it is as you say.
