have you ever tried "spinning"?

it's a sort of bicycle u can ride into the gym with an instructor and in 15-20 people classes

yeah Ive tried it but its a bit too boring for me just cycling on one of those bikes without going anywere!

this Q is under fishing?? havn't done your kinda spinning but done the spinning when fishing...it is casting out & winding in repeatly with fake bait (called spinners)which spins & shines in the water attracting the fish, you can use lures, plugs etc.
