I was wondering if anyone here knows how to speak or understands Brazilian. If so, how do you pronounce & spell (correctly) the word "Strength"? I have been looking on word translation websites, but haven't been able to find a translation for the word in Brazilian.

I'm Brazilian, and by the way, my language is Portuguese or "Brazilian Portuguese", doesn't exist Brazilian Language.

"Força" is the word for strength. I'll try to show you how to pronounce. F is like in English; "or" in this word is almost like "ure" in sure; "ça" you can pronounce like "sa" in salad. In the International Phonetic Alphabet is /'foɾsa/. Well, this is pronunciation in my dialect, in others may be a little different.

"Força" can also mean force.

I recommend you this site, it's excellent:

P.S.: the other user, I respect him but his answer is wrong. C or ç is never silent in Portuguese (maybe in another language, but not in any form of Portuguese). Ç is always like s. There are very confusing rules about the pronunciation of these letters, therefore it was a common mistake.

Yeah, people in Brazil speak Portuguese. Try searching for that instead of Brazilian.

Its Brazilian Portuguese, and the word you are looking for is "forca". The c here is combined with an s to give an "s" sound- c is silent.
