Ok, I have a tummy pouch that right below my belly button. I have never been pregnant & it is also not extra skin. I am not a big eater & eat relatively healthy, so, a diet really won't help that much. When I go to the gym, I do at least 45 min of cardio, then do crunches on an incline as well as that chair thing that you hang on & lift your legs. I do regular crunches at home, before I go to bed. I know you cannot spot reduce, but, this is the only part of me that I have a problem with. I also am not a fan of taking any weight pills, due to the way that no one really knows how good they are for you.

Can anyone help?

As you said, spot reduction doesn't work. Diet pills remove fat from all over, it doesn't target an area.....darn it. Keep working at the gym to tone or even build up all over your body. Don't concentrate on just one area, it unbalances the body.

As for the pouch.......this could very well be your normal "morph." There are several different natural body types and this could be yours. The only way then to eliminate the pouch is thru lipo.......but the pouch may come back. Many women fight the pouch all their lives. Don't let this natural curve ruin the rest of your health.

You should get yourself the free Science of Fat DVD. It will show you how the brain and body regulate weight and why some people are hefty while others are lean.
