to stop the heart flutters you should be taking a
calcium/ magnesium supplement.. caffine robs the body of magnesium and you need it to absorb calcium...
so take it and the flutters will stop.. it is very good for your heart to recieve this.. it helps to keep it strong

Yeah, despite what the impending Hallmark Holiday would have you believe, your heart isn't *SUPPOSED* to "flutter".
Drinking a legal addictive stimulant until your heart is beating erratically (aka "fluttering"), yeah, not a good idea.

Of course that much is bad for you.
A proven safe amount that is non addictive is 1-3 cups a day.

Yes. Drink a little less of it or you could become totally addicted and dependant. I know I have a huge coffee addiction myself, and I wish I didn't.
